For all custom nail orders , please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship out . All ready to ship (RTS) sets will ship in 1-2 business days 

Due to the nature of these products , returns or exchanges are not accepted and there is a no refund policy . However customer satisfaction is my number one priority so if you are unsatisfied for any reason please please email me at ([email protected])  and I will do my best to resolve .
